My first painting of the Abbotsford boatshed for 2025. I never tire of the subject. This was the view at the end of 2024 when I was returning from Paramatta.

At the end ot 2024, I finally got to meet Roger who runs the boatshed. I didn't know that the timber shed dates back to the mid 1800s. And what a treasure-trove of marine artefacts waits inside. A treasured piece of local heritage.
